Fun? You bet it is. What children don't like swing?
Dangerous? They, their parents, and the city's government don't think much of it. There aren't many free open spaces, parks, and playgrounds left where children can play safely in this city. The government is busy facilitating and having more fun building shopping malls, hotels, and gated/limited access paying playgrounds.
